Please read these Terms of Use before using www.ptfund.org or any of the features on this site, including, but not limited to, our social media integrations and sharing, event registration, commenting, links to external sites and third-party service providers. PTF makes every effort to ensure that the content of the website is accurate and up-to-date, but PTF does not offer any warranties (whether express implied or otherwise) as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information appearing on the website. We use third-party services to store and process data including, but not limited to DreamHost, Google Analytics, WordPress Statistics, Social Media and related plugins, SiteOrigin Plugins, PayPal, Constant Contact, Google Suite and other Google products such as YouTube and Google Maps, Airtable, Salesforce, Survey Monkey, Paperless Post and other sites to store and process personal information you have provided us. Some of these third-parties may be located in countries other than the United States. We ensure that all these third-parties are compliant with relevant privacy laws, but ask that concerned users access third-party providers’ privacy policies for more details.

Where you make a donation through our website, we do not collect your financial information but direct you to a payment provider to process your donation and forward it to PTF accounts.

Purposes for which Personal Information may be used
Any personal information that you provide to us will only be shared with PTF agents, members, representatives, service providers and contractors unless (1) required by subpoena, court order or legal process, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; (2) in emergency situations requiring disclosure before your permission can be obtained. We share this information in order to process your donations, offer you services in connection with our Website, communicate news and information about PTF, provide better customer service. We do compile and disclose statistics about our users and their preferences. However, these statistics are anonymous and do not identify individual users.

Children’s Data
Our website is not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect data on children.

Disclosure
We will not pass any of your personal information to any third party other than services to improve your experience with PTF and other members of PTF, without your consent.

Information for PTF Members and Volunteers:
PTF stores and processes your data similarly to other users of this Website, but in addition PTF uses Google Groups to keep you informed and retains a database in Airtable of volunteer interests, skills, contact information, etc. We share this information with other members and PTF volunteers as needed in the course of operation. As with other users, you can request that your information be deleted or removed from this database and google group. If you have been given a PTF Google account (a google username/email address ending in “@ptfund.org”), PTF reserves the right to store and process data associated with that account.
