Philipp Jahn is a German qualified lawyer and organizational development specialist with many years of experience in the public sector, both as project manager and policy adviser. His work focuses primarily on enhancing state legitimacy through public sector reforms, anti-corruption efforts and credible elections. He advises institutions on international, regional and national level including in fragile situations.

A graduate of FU Berlin with a degree in law, he holds an LL.M. from School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and is certified by Königswieser & Network, Vienna, in systemic consultancy in organizations. In his professional career, he developed a strong track record in strategic planning, risk management and public diplomacy. He was a member of the German delegation at the UNCAC COSP 2011, IACC 2012, FfD3 2015 and several working meetings of the AU, UN, OECD and OSCE.
