Mr. Clementucci, an Italian lawyer, advises for international institutions (such as the World Bank Group, the Council of Europe, EU, UNDP, OPCW and TI-S) and national agencies (such as the Italian anti-corruption agency – ANAC, Ministry of Public Administration Reform and ACCREDIA), on anti-corruption. His work aims at increasing knowledge and strengthening capacity of national authorities and their public officials, in order to accomplish a sound, effective and sustainable rule of law and good governance. After obtaining his master’s degree from the College of Europe (Natolin), Francesco served as a lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights, and as an officer at the US Embassy in Italy. He has implemented projects on asset disclosure, legislative corruption, integrity in licensing and prison systems, risk- mapping, whistleblowing and criminal liability for legal persons
