Andrew Wells was the Program Coordinator at Partnership for Transparency from November 2018 to June 2020. Currently, he is taking a Masters of Public Policy at the Hertie School in Berlin and consulting for PTF on a part-time basis. Prior to joining PTF, Andrew was the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Development Coordinator for Pathways Togo, which supports the education of Togolese girls through scholarships. He spent the previous two years as an English and Gender Educator with the Peace Corps in a remote Togolese community. Andrew attended McGill University, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics and German Language. He also spent one semester interning at a European Academy in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany.
